Beggar
Once upon a morning, Professor was walking roadside towards the beautiful waterfall.
Along the way, the begger said rudely, 'Give me your money. I need to eat.'
Professor : Body of yours seems fine. Go do some work and earn.
Begger : I know it all. I know this the only way to live.
Professor : You're a Ignorant brat. Don't you see others working?
Begger : Put yourselves in mine shoes and see mine Ignorance become bliss.
Professor : People like you never understands. Illiterate ones.
Begger : Illiterate is you, having bookish knowing, and have never seen the world. Who are you to decide mine Ignorance?
Professor : Okay. And you've assumed others do not know what you know. Let us see who knows more. Tell me what you've known.
Begger : I know the ultimate nature of reality. I'm he itself. A pure awareness within. I am neither my body nor my mind. Everything in this world is perfect. So let it happen, theirs nothing for me to do. For mine appearance is an object, not the knower. This world is temporary. I'll die anyway. So why not today. Until then I'm living as I want.
Professor : (Shocked) After knowing all this, you choose to become a begger. You left the world for what it is, letting others suffer. And here begging from others karma. In your knowing lies pure unknowing. You're blinded by beliefs. And doctrines. No matter how true they seem. No one ever knows what true is. Neither you nor me.
Begger : For me, you're the Ignorant brat. Don't agree with me? You'll know yourself as death approaches you one day. Nothing you had when born, and nothing you take when dead. All there is. An Illusion. A dream. A fantasy indeed.
Professor knew he's perfectly Ignorant. And he'll only know when his family either dies of starvation or his kids began to beg on streets. Professor didn't said anything further and moved towards waterfall with a little sadness for him.
